Behind Mouth watering , hides a couple of passionate young thirties. Combining know-how and curiosity, they have made their micro-brewery a reference in its own right in Occitania.

An Australian and a French woman with a common passion: Kombucha!

FROM ADELAID TO OCCITANIA

A nutritionist by profession and a graduate in food science, Justin spent six months studying the benefits of Kombucha – a drink then already widespread in Australia – in the laboratory. By following his partner Juliette, physiotherapist and aromatherapist, in France, the idea of a new adventure came to this Australian in search of new challenges. Settled in Ariège, Justin created his micro-brewery to discover the countless benefits of Kombucha in the region. The result is a 100% homemade production, but also with multiple labels: organic and vegan.

 

THE OBJECTIVES POSTED!

The objective of L’Eau à la Bouche is to provide a drink that is good for health, Made in France. But it is above all to propose an alternative to classic sweet sodas, and an alternative to industrial methods of producing Kombucha in France. Consume well, locally and responsibly: this is the watchword of the micro-brewery. Attached to environmental issues, the two enthusiasts knew produce Kombucha in a reasoned and ethical way, in accordance with their beliefs, ecology and themselves. This is why the artisanal method naturally imposed itself.
